Type dust concentration sensor
Overview
Type dust concentration sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) is a kind of dust measurement technology that absorbs and digests advanced dust measurement technology at home and abroad, and uses irradiation of floating dust in the darkroom. Based on the principle that the scattered light intensity of dust is proportional to the dust concentration when the light source is used, the light intensity of the scattered light is converted into an electrical signal, thereby calculating the relative mass concentration of the dust, and then through the preset parameter values, the mass of the dust can be directly calculated concentration. Then it is displayed by LCD and converted into frequency signal or current signal for output.
The sensor can continuously and for a long time display the dust concentration underground in coal mines in real time, and at the same time output frequency signals and current signals that are compatible with the coal mine monitoring system for use by the mine monitoring system or other systems. By presetting the threshold value of the dust concentration warning point, when the measured dust concentration reaches this value, a warning signal will be output immediately to remind the staff to initiate corresponding dust reduction measures in a timely manner.
