Use and adjustment of three-row concrete pavement vibrator
Adjust before use. Connect the cables and install them in the electric control box. Add a leakage switch in front, and adjust the forward and reverse directions of the travel switch and the forward and reverse directions of the lifting motor. At the same time, the correct direction of the vibrator must be ensured.
When using this machine, you should first lower the vibrator onto the solid material, and then turn on the vibrator switch. Note that if there is a rod that is not vibrating, it should be struck immediately and it should not be inactive for a long time. Otherwise, the vibration motor will be damaged. As the rod vibrates, continue to lower the wire rope downwards until it is fully inserted into the concrete. Then turn on the walking system, walk forward, and start working.
Every time the vibrator rod is lifted during operation, the vibrator rod should be stopped and the vibrator motor should be started again after the cement is inserted. It is not allowed to vibrate after the vibrator is lifted away from the cement concrete.
If the machine encounters deviation during operation, attention should be paid to adjusting the deviation to prevent the forward roller from detaching from the guide rail and affecting normal construction.
The deviation adjustment method is to disconnect the front-end traveling motor on the electric control box so that the rear-end can travel forward normally and adjust the whole machine. After adjustment, the power supply to the traveling motor at the disconnected end should be restored, so that the traveling motors at both ends can run synchronously, that is, it can operate normally.
Maintenance, repair and safety of the concrete pavement row vibrator
Before using the machine, check whether the traveling reducer is filled with enough lubricating oil. If not, add enough lubricating oil before use.
Check the tightness of the walking system chain frequently during use. If it is too loose, it should be adjusted to avoid affecting normal use.
When the machine is operating, workers should pay attention to safety in front of the machine and within the operating range. No one should stay in places with unsafe factors.
Before using the machine for each shift, check whether the power supply cable is correctly connected to the machine and whether it is reliable and whether there are any signs of wear or possible leakage. If any, it should be repaired in time, and operation with disease is not allowed.
