Dehumidification drying curtain

The dehumidification and drying curtains customized by our company are made of polymer water-absorbing materials. They generate low heat during the water absorption process and have a high water absorption rate. They can play a role in assisting drying and dehumidification in rescue cabins or refuge chambers. The dehumidification curtain can achieve a water absorption rate of 100 ℃ in an environment where the relative humidity is 0.0 ℃ and the temperature is 0.0 ℃. The higher the humidity, the better the water absorption effect. The higher the temperature, the better the water absorption effect.
The hygroscopic agent is packaged in special paper, which has a one-way water-locking function. Water vapor can enter from the outside, but liquid water cannot seep out from the inside.
Working Principle
Moisture absorption efficiency depends on temperature. Under relative humidity, the desiccant can absorb water on average for each continuous working day, which is about three times more efficient than similar products on the market and generates very little heat. Moisture-absorbing drying curtains are usually vacuum packed. When used, tear off the outer plastic vacuum packaging bag and hang it up in a rescue cabin or refuge cave where the air flow is better. After the air with water vapor flows through the water absorbent, the water vapor will be captured by the water absorbent. Therefore, the larger the water-absorbing surface area and the smoother the air flow, the better the water-absorbing effect of the hygroscopic curtain will be. Since the moisture-absorbent curtains can continue to absorb water, the water-absorbing time can last up to days, and the moisture absorption rate will be significantly increased day by day. Therefore, during the moisture absorption process, the moisture-absorbent curtains hanging in the cabin can be removed, and new ones are continuously added. Moisture-absorbing curtains allow moisture in the cabin to be continuously sucked out.
