Structure and working principle:
Hydraulic square pillow is composed of a working cylinder, a plunger oil pump, a fuel tank, an unloading valve, a cylinder base body and a movable head. Its structure adopts the principle of hydraulic jack.
The working cylinder is composed of piston, piston ring, cylinder, sealing ring, return spring, connector and other main parts. When high-pressure oil enters the cylinder from the oil pump discharge valve, it pushes the piston to move along its axis. After the unloading valve is opened, the piston will start to reset automatically under the action of the return spring. Its working stroke is controlled by the structural size. When a return spring is placed in the cylinder cavity, the maximum working stroke is millimeters.
