China Natural persons, legal persons or other economic organizations within and outside the People's Republic of China may, as necessary, apply for international commercial certificates by themselves or by entrusting others to the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China Chamber of International Commerce and its authorized local branches.
When an overseas natural person, legal person or other economic organization applies, the subject of the document or fact to prove the matter applied for must be a natural person, legal person or other economic organization in China, except for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and must be consistent with the proving matter applied for. There is a legal relationship. In addition, natural person applications are generally limited to personal trademarks, patents or other intellectual property registration documents.
Application requirements
The applicant has a legal relationship with the matter applied for certification. If the applicant is inconsistent with the subject of the document, a power of attorney from the subject of the document needs to be submitted

Copies, abridged versions, and photocopies of translations must be completely consistent with the original content
