Structure and working principle of the four-type isolating switch
Each phase conductive part of the / type isolating switch is fixed to the base through two pillar insulators superior. One is a pillar insulator and the other is a porcelain-sheath insulator installed in three phases in parallel. The conductive part consists of a contact blade, a static contact, a contact base or a conductive rod. There is a tie rod insulator in the middle of each phase contact knife. The tie rod insulator is connected to the main shaft mounted on the base. The spindle is connected to the user-prepared connecting rod through a handle and a hand-operated mechanism for interlocking movement.
The contact blade is composed of two groove-shaped copper plates. It not only increases the heat dissipation area of the contact blade, which is beneficial to reducing the temperature, but also improves the mechanical strength of the contact blade and improves the dynamic stability of the switch. One end of the contact knife is installed on the contact base or conductive rod through a bolt shaft pin. The other end is detachably connected to the static contact, and the contact pressure of the contact blade is maintained by the springs at both ends. A magnetic locking plate is installed at the contact point. The purpose of adding the magnetic locking plate is to enhance the attraction between the two grooved contact blades when a large short-circuit current passes through. That is to say, the contact pressure at the contact point is increased, thereby improving the dynamic and thermal stability of the switch. /The limit current of the isolation switch is small, so there is no need to add a magnetic lock plate.
The chassis assembly consists of the chassis spindle limit plate, stop ring, etc. The limit plate is mainly used to ensure that the conductive contact knife reaches the required end position when it is opened and closed.
