Precautions when using pneumatic winches
First the pneumatic motor, and then the transmission gear starts to run. Before starting, the brake band on the drum should be braked and the brake handle on the large gear should be loosened, so that the drum does not rotate and only the large internal gear rotates.
If you want to start the reel, you must first completely loosen the brake band on the reel, and then tighten the brake band on the large internal gear. At this time, the drum rotates and winds the wire rope to work.
During the working process of the pneumatic winch, if you want to stop the operation of the pneumatic winch, you can loosen the brake band of the large internal gear, and then tighten the brake band on the drum.
When driving an electric vehicle, the two brakes cannot be applied at the same time, otherwise the motor may be easily burned.
