该机为半自动活塞式，也成为柱塞式灌装机，气动部分均采用台湾AirTac、SHAKO的气动元件；
物料接触部分均采用304/316L不锈钢材料制成，符合GMP要求；
灌装量和灌装速度均可任意调节，灌装精度高；
灌装闷头采用防滴漏及升降灌装装置；
本灌装机可改装成为双头、防爆式灌装系统；
该机主要动力为气源，客户需自备空压机设备；
液体定量灌装机配备特殊三通灌装阀，在活塞往复运动作用下，达到灌装的效果，活塞抽动时，进料阀打开进料，出料阀关闭；活塞推动时，进料阀关闭，出料阀打开进行灌装
