The working mode of the strap machine is divided into two manual and automatic modes. The settings are adjusted on the controller, and the strap machine works by default. The mode is automatic working mode.
* Automatic mode In the automatic mode, the startup of the equipment is controlled by the material detection switch above the strapping machine. When the material is detected, the strapping machine performs strapping action. After the strapping is completed, wait for the material to be taken away. After the material is taken away, the strapping machine The machine continues to run back to the zero position and automatically feeds the tape to complete a strapping action.
* Manual mode In manual mode, the start of the strapping machine is controlled by the run button on the panel. Press this button, the strapping machine starts to perform the strapping action. The waiting time after strapping is controlled by the controller operation parameter waiting time. When the time is up The rear strapping machine continues to run back to the zero position and automatically feeds the straps to complete a strapping action.
There are two buttons on the casing, which are used to reset the belt from left to right. The functions of each button are as follows
* Tape feed button When the belt machine is in the zero position and is not performing packaging action, press Press this button and the tape feeding motor starts to feed the tape. When the tape is in place, it will automatically stop feeding.
* Reset button Press this button and the belt machine will return to the zero position.
* When in manual working mode, press this button and the strapping machine will perform packaging action.
★When the strap machine
is not in the zero position or the strap is not in place, the tape feeding and running actions cannot be started. When the strap machine is abnormal, press the reset button to reset the machine. After the strap is sent to the position to run the packaging action.
Instructions for strapping on the strapping machine
Before using the strapping machine, please be sure to confirm whether the type and width of the strapping machine are in compliance with the specifications of the strapping machine.
The direction of the belt must be in the same direction as shown in the figure to avoid more belt feeding failures.
★ Open the right door of the strap machine.
★ Install the packing belt on the white nylon feeding pulley, and the direction of the belt should be consistent with the picture.
★ Tear off the tape at the strap port and thread the strap.
★ According to the direction shown in the figure, pull the belt through the transfer wheel of the strap machine

★ The belt head must at least pass through the gap between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and the belt must be threaded effectively.
★ Press the tape feed button, and the strap machine will finish threading.
Adjustment of the strapping machine
When adjusting the strapping machine, the power supply must be cut off and the power plug must be unplugged.
Since the blades used by the strap machine to cut the straps are consumables, during the design process, the middle knife and the front knife of the strap machine adopted a split design method to facilitate the removal or replacement of consumable parts. , to save costs.

* During the adjustment process, the pressure between the front knife and the middle knife parts should be moderate. If it is too large, the front knife or the middle knife will not fall. If it is too small, it will cause the failure of normal tape cutting.
Adjustment method
* Remove the upper cover of the belt machine.
