Congolese FERI certification

According to the notification number issued by the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which takes effect from now on, all goods shipped to the Democratic Republic of the Congo's ports (ports) or transit ports (eg, ports) must apply. Failure to apply for this will be deemed as violating all regulations for shipping to the Democratic Republic of the Congo and will be severely punished at the destination port.
●Inform us of your company’s detailed contact information, such as company name in Chinese and English, address in Chinese and English, telephone and fax numbers, email address and contact person.
●Inform the shipping information, such as how many shipments were shipped in total, and the shipping details of each shipment (or the number of containers, bulk cargo or motor vehicles).
●The agent will issue an invoice to your company so that you can arrange for the remittance company to remit the money to the agent. The account invoice will indicate the agent's account number and other remittance details.
●After the goods are shipped, your company needs to fill in the application form and email it to our company together with a copy of the bill of lading and commercial invoice, so that we can prepare a copy for your company's approval department to carefully review and approve.
●After your company approves this document, the agent will give it to the authorities for approval. Once approved, no modifications can be made.
● The copy (format) approved by the authorities will be sent to your company by email. Your company needs to print out these documents or forward the attachments to the consignee at the unloading port, freight forwarder or shipping company, etc.
1. The original must be issued and effective five days before the ship arrives at the destination port. Otherwise, fines, return of the goods, destruction, failure to clear customs, etc. may occur.
2. Once approved, no modifications can be made, so please check the draft carefully.
