2. Main personnel of the enterprise
The total number of registered construction engineers in the construction engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering professions is no less than one person, among which the number of registered construction engineers in the construction engineering profession is no less than one.
The technical person in charge has more than 20 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has an intermediate professional title or above in the structural profession or a registered construction engineer qualification in the construction engineering profession. There should be no less than intermediate or above professional titles in construction engineering related professions
It has a complete set of professionals including structure, water supply and drainage, and electrical.
There must be at least 1 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, including construction workers, quality workers, safety workers, mechanics, cost workers, labor workers, etc.
There will be no less than 100 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.
The technical person in charge (or registered construction engineer) has presided over no less than 1 project that has completed the requirements of Level 2 or above for this category of qualifications.
