Structural features of air box pulse dust collector

The air box type pulse dust collector is a bag type dust collector with a divided chamber structure. The pulse valve on the top of the chamber performs pulse cleaning of the filter bags in each chamber in turn (the so-called offline dust cleaning). It is different from the dust cleaning of general injection dust collectors. Injection pulse dust cleaning only sprays and cleans each row of filter bags row by row in the same filter chamber (that is, the so-called re-line cleaning while other rows of filter bags are cleaned). According to the different number of bags, it is divided into four series: bag/chamber bag/chamber bag/chamber bag/chamber. Each series is divided into four series according to the different number of chambers. The standard is the same. Its structure is detailed in the attached selection diagram and is composed of the following parts: The shell part includes the cleaning chamber (or gas purification box box), the filter chamber, the compartment partition, the maintenance door and the shell structure . The cleaning room is equipped with a lifting valve and a flower board blowing short pipe. The filter room is equipped with a filter and its frame.
) The ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism include ash hoppers and screw conveyors, air transport chutes and rigid impeller feeders (ash discharge valves) respectively installed according to different series and different inlet dust concentrations.
)The air inlet and outlet box body includes the air inlet and outlet ducts and the middle partition. The single-row (or single-row) structure is placed on one side of the casing, and the double-row (or double-row) structure is placed in the center of the casing. A series of smaller boxless air inlet and outlet ducts are respectively connected to the ash hopper and the cleaning room.
