In the production of special alloys such as alloy titanium-based alloys and suitable for converter steelmaking, the temperature increasing agent can also be used as an inoculant for cast iron and an additive for ductile iron. Both calcium silicate and aluminum have a strong affinity with oxygen. Especially aluminum and calcium not only have a strong affinity with oxygen but also with sulfur and nitrogen. Therefore, calcium silicate and aluminum are an ideal composite deoxidizer. Calcium silicon aluminum not only has strong deoxidizing ability, but the deoxidized material is easy to float and be discharged, and it can also improve the performance of steel and increase the plastic toughness of steel. At present, calcium silicon aluminum can replace silicon aluminum iron silicon aluminum barium calcium alloy for final deoxidation. And according to the customer's production environment, the product can be made into calcium silicate balls, calcium silica particles, calcium silicate powder, etc. to reduce pollution, facilitate smelting and absorption, and improve the operating environment.
