盐霉素钠预混剂
含量：12%
本品为盐霉素钠与适宜的基质配制而成。含盐霉素(C42H70011)应为标示量的9O.0%～110.0%。
【鉴别】取本品，加乙醇制成每lml中含盐霉素3mg的溶液，摇匀，静置，取上清液2ml，加香草醛试液1ml，摇匀，溶液即显红色。
【检查】粒度 本品应全部通过二号筛。
有关物质 取本品，加乙醇制成每lml中含盐霉素lmg的溶液，振摇，滤过，作为供试品溶液；另取盐霉素标准品，加乙醇制成相同浓度的溶液，作为标准品溶液。照薄层色谱法(附录23页)试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以醋酸乙酯-乙腈(2：1)为展开剂，展开后，晾干，喷以1%香草醛盐酸溶液，置100℃加热10分钟，供试品所显主斑点的颜色与位置应与标准品主斑点相同，并不得有其他杂质斑点。
干燥失重 取本品，在105℃干燥4小时，减失重量不得过8.0%(附录57页)。
其他 应符合预混剂项下有关的各项规定(附录11页)。
【效价测定】精密称取本品适量，按盐霉素每lOmg加乙醇2ml，充分振摇30分钟，加灭菌水稀释成每lml中含1000单位的溶液，摇匀，静置。精密量取上清液适量，照盐霉素钠项下的方法(185页)测定，即得。
【作用与用途】同盐霉素钠。
【用法与用量】混饲 每lO0Okg饲料 鸡600g
【注意】对成年火鸡和马毒性大，禁用；禁与泰妙菌素、竹桃霉素及其他抗球虫药伍用；蛋鸡产蛋期禁用；休药期5日。
【规格】(1)lOOg：lOg(1000万单位) (2)500g：50g(5000万单位)
【贮藏】密闭，在干燥处保存。
