Product Features

The surface of the foundation should be fully moistened 1 hour before grouting and any accumulated water should be removed 1 hour before grouting.
Two formwork
Set up the formwork according to the grouting construction drawing. The joints between the formwork and the basic formwork should be sealed with cement slurry tape to ensure that the entire formwork does not leak.
The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled to the left and right to facilitate grouting construction.
The top elevation of the formwork should be higher than the upper surface of the equipment base.
If grout running occurs during grouting, it should be dealt with in time.
Three grouting material preparations

The mixing of high-strength non-shrinkage grouting materials can be done mechanically or manually. It is recommended to use a forced mixer for mechanical mixing to ensure sufficient and even mixing for 2 minutes. Manual mixing time is completed within minutes. The fluidity of the mixed grouting material decreases as the parking time increases and should be used up within minutes. It is strictly prohibited to mix any additives into high-strength non-shrinkage grouting materials.
Four grouting construction methods

Five Maintenance
