Product Features

>Grouting construction instructions
>1. Foundation treatment
/>>The base surface should be roughened. Clean the foundation surface. There should be no gravel, floating slurry, floating ash, oil stains, release agents and other debris. The foundation surface should be fully moistened one hour before grouting. Remove any accumulated water one hour before grouting.
2. Formwork support
Set up the formwork according to the grouting construction drawing. The joints between the formwork and the foundation, and between the formwork and the formwork are sealed with cement slurry, tape, etc. to ensure that the entire formwork is watertight.
The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled to the left and right to facilitate grouting construction.
The top elevation of the formwork should be higher than the upper surface of the equipment base.
If grout running occurs during grouting, it should be dealt with in time.
3. Preparation of grouting material
Generally, add water and stir according to the standard for general reinforced type, and add water and stir according to the standard for pisolite reinforced type.
Mechanical or manual mixing can be used to mix high-strength non-shrinkage grouting materials. It is recommended to use a forced mixer for mechanical mixing, which can ensure sufficient and even mixing and the mixing time is minutes. Manual mixing time is completed within minutes. The fluidity of the mixed grouting material will decrease as the parking time increases, and it should be used up within minutes. It is strictly prohibited to mix any additives into high-strength non-shrinkage grouting materials.
4. Grouting construction method
For long equipment or track foundation, segmented construction should be used.
After the grouting starts, it must be carried out continuously without interruption, and the grouting time should be shortened as much as possible.
5. Maintenance
After grouting is completed, the grouting material should be covered with a straw bag or rock wool quilt immediately after initial setting and kept moist.
During winter construction, grouting materials, mixing water and maintenance measures should comply with the relevant provisions of the current "Construction Quality Acceptance Code for Concrete Structure Engineering".
Do not subject to vibration for hours after grouting to avoid damaging the unhardened grouting layer.
