Construction steps and requirements
Prepare necessary tools and maintenance items
Determine the initial repair scope of the repair area should be expanded outward than the actual damage range. Cut or chisel out the initial depth of the vertical edge of the concrete repair area. This prevents the edges of the repaired area from becoming flaked.
Clean the floating dust and oil on the surface of the concrete base in the repair area and remove the loose parts.
Clean the rust and debris on the surface of the exposed steel bars in the repair area.
Chill the concrete base in the cleaned repair area or use a concrete interface treatment agent for interface treatment.
Use an air pump or water to clean the concrete base surface in the treated repair area. No open water should remain during the next process
It is recommended to mix the high-strength repair mortar with the mixing ratio of water (weight ratio). Mechanical stirring can be used for minutes. Manual stirring should be done for minutes to ensure uniform mixing.
The mixed high-strength repair mortar can be plastered. The thickness of plastering should not be exceeded at one time. If the plastering layer is thick, the construction method of layered plastering multiple times should be used.
