Two formwork
Set up the formwork according to the grouting construction drawing. The joints between the formwork and the basic formwork should be sealed with cement slurry tape to ensure that the entire formwork is watertight.
The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled to the left and right to facilitate grouting construction.
The top elevation of the formwork should be higher than the upper surface of the equipment base.
If grout running occurs during grouting, it should be dealt with in time.
Three grouting material preparations
Generally, add water and mix according to the standard for general reinforced type, and add water and mix according to the standard for pisolite reinforced type.
The mixing of high-strength non-shrinkage grouting materials can be done mechanically or manually.
