Grouting construction
The first step: foundation treatment
The surface of the foundation should be roughened or a special reinforcing interface agent-concrete recasting agent should be used for interface treatment.
There should be no debris, floating slurry, floating ash, oil stains, release agents and other debris on the surface of the clean foundation.
Before grouting, the foundation surface should be fully moistened and any accumulated water should be removed before grouting.
Step 2: Set up the formwork
Set up the formwork according to the grouting construction drawing. The joints between the formwork and the foundation, and between the formwork and the formwork should be sealed with cement slurry (quick leak-stopping agent recommended), tape, etc. to ensure that the entire formwork does not leak.
The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled to the left and right to facilitate grouting construction.
The top elevation of the template should be higher than the upper surface of the equipment base.

Step 3: Preparation of grouting material

③ Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, a grouting booster can be used to push the grouting material along the bottom of the grouting layer. It is strictly forbidden to push from the middle or upper part of the grouting layer to ensure the homogeneity of the grouting layer.
④. After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, a bevel should be cut outward along the edge of the equipment to prevent cracks at the free end. If edge trimming cannot be performed, the surface of the grouting layer should be trimmed with a spatula after grouting. Calendered.
⑤ When the thickness of the grouting layer exceeds the thickness of the grouting layer, reinforced high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material should be used.

Step 5: Maintenance

If there is any part that needs to be removed after the equipment foundation grouting is completed, it can be gently removed with a spatula or shovel tool after the grouting is completed and before the grouting layer hardens.
