How to use
. Base Surface:
This product must be applied without oil and without adhering loose materials. If there are any defects on the concrete surface, it must be chiseled out before construction can begin. Blow away any dust or grit from the screw holes or mounting holes. Metal surfaces must be clean and free of oil, grease or scale.
A few hours before grouting, the cleaned concrete foundation surface should be soaked in clean water. All open water must be removed before grouting.
. Mixing
Mixing should be done with a mechanically powered grout mixer for best results. If you are mixing more than kilograms of product, use a slow-speed electric drill with a high-shear blade. High-volume mixing requires a high-shear blade mixer. Mechanical mixing capacity and labor force should be sufficient to ensure continuous grouting operations. A tank with slow stirring can be used to maintain fluidity.
When mixing, first add accurately measured water into the mixer. Then add the entire package of dry mortar powder and stir for a few minutes until a smooth and uniform mortar is produced.

3. Use this material as soon as possible after mixing it into pulp. After it loses its fluidity, it is not allowed to add water again and mix it before use.
. This product is stored in moisture-proof storage and has a shelf life of 3 months. After the shelf life, it should be tested to determine whether it can continue to be used.

Packaging, storage and transportation
