Overview
The control cabinet is an automated control equipment that integrates an industrial panel computer and an electrical control circuit. It has compact structure, stable operation and complete functions. It can be combined according to the actual control size to achieve automatic control of a single cabinet or multiple cabinets to form a distributed control system through industrial Ethernet or industrial fieldbus networks. The control cabinet can adapt to industrial automation control occasions of various sizes. Now it is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, papermaking, environmental protection sewage treatment and other industries.
The control cabinet uses well-known brands such as Schneider, Siemens, and Omron, and the electrical control circuit uses Siemens or Schneider devices.
The control cabinet has front and rear doors, the front door is a single door, and the rear door is a double door. A voltmeter, ammeter, tablet computer, control buttons and indicator lights are installed on the front door panel. There are two galvanized mounting plates at the front and rear in the center of the cabinet. The front mounting plate is equipped with signal isolation transmitter, control intermediate relay and control signal input and output terminals. The rear mounting plate is equipped with circuit breakers, AC contactors, thermal relays and electrical output terminals for the electrical control circuit.
The control cabinet adopts three-phase five-wire power supply, with the maximum installed capacity of a single cabinet. A transient absorber is installed between the power incoming line and the equipment ground, which can effectively prevent lightning strikes from damaging the equipment.
The control cabinet (single cabinet) can control up to 3 electrical circuits. The control cabinet (single cabinet) can accept up to 3 analog inputs, 1 digital input, 1 analog output, and 3 digital outputs.
The control cabinet has automatic, stop and manual selection functions. When the automatic function is selected, the system will automatically control the operation of the corresponding electrical circuit according to the set parameters and programs. When the stop function is selected, the system forcibly stops the corresponding control loop. When manual kinetic energy is selected, the corresponding control loop can be started directly.
The monitoring and management computer used in the control cabinet provides users with powerful data management functions. It provides users with daily report, database browsing, and control data trend browsing functions. Users can easily check the system control data and equipment operation status at any time. The control cabinet has two communication interfaces and one/interface. In larger control systems, multiple control cabinets can be connected into a network distributed control system through the interface and industrial fieldbus protocol or through the interface and industrial Ethernet/protocol. The control cabinet is made of Baosteel cold-rolled steel plate, and the thickness of the cabinet plate is 0.05 %. The surface of the cabinet is treated with anti-oxidation spraying, and the protection level is based on the body size (height, width and thickness).

The above control methods can be set through specific password conversion and opening the control method window. The control on the keying management computer in the central control room is referred to as central control. The various controls completed automatically based on the actual situation on site, including continuous loop control, are called automatic control. The manual button operation on the original electrical cabinet is referred to as manual. Central control refers to various start and stop control instructions and loop control adjustment instructions issued by the personnel on duty in the central control room through the keyboard or mouse of the key management computer. After receiving the above instructions on site, the instructions will be executed correctly according to the on-site conditions, and a correct response signal will be sent to the monitoring computer. Self-control refers to the automatic completion of various controls based on the actual situation without human participation. Centralized control, automatic control and program interlocking will never cause competition for control. When receiving an instruction to start or stop a certain device through centralized control, it will first detect whether the selection switch of this device is in the automatic position, and whether the selection switch of the related equipment is also in the automatic position. If the selection switch of the equipment is not in the automatic position, a reply signal will be sent to the keying computer immediately. The equipment is not in the automatic position, and the control will be automatically canceled at the same time. Only when the field selector switch is set to the automatic position (this can be clearly seen on the computer). Resend the central control command. After receiving the command, check again whether the device is in the automatic position, and then sequentially control the start and stop of the device. After executing the central control instruction, the output port has the correct signal output, but the equipment does not respond to the signal. At the same time, through the judgment of the delay software and the changes in the relevant process quantities, it is judged that the equipment does not really respond to the output.
