Installation method of fixed vehicle stopper
① Place the left and right arms on the basic rail, and use the arm pins to connect them with Stand connection.
② Lift the support arm, and place the spring seat plate spring and the bearing in sequence on the basic rail below the shoe type fastener.
③Clamp the shoe block with the brake rail, and also clamp the rail head of the basic rail, and then use three bolts to attach the brake rail. Note that the two outer bolts must pass through the support frame, and the bearing seat should be located in the center of the pressure hole.
④ Use the front and rear cross beams and the upper and lower inclined beams to connect the four lower legs of the two arms. The overlapping form is shown in the figure. The middle and four corners of the two inclined beams are tied with pins. After completing the above initial installation, tighten all bolts.
⑤Use a pressurizer to pressurize each spring plate. Insert the shaped pressurizing fastener into the spaces on both sides of the bearing. Align the head of the pressurizing screw rod installed on the center nut of the pressurizer with the pressurizing block and hang it on both sides. The side pressurized rail bottom plate is hooked on the basic rail bottom plate and tightened with nuts. Use an iron rod about long to twist the pressurizing screw and drive the wedge iron between the bearing seat and the leaf spring so that the gap between the leaf spring and the spring seat is 1 meter. ⑥Install the signboard on the support. ⑦After each installation, position marks should be painted on the rail waist to facilitate daily inspection to see if the train stopper has been damaged.
