3、灌装过程末端减速系统，接近定量值时自动减速，防止溢出，保证精度（减速时机可通过键盘输入随意调节，一次完成）
4、显示灌装累计次数，总重量等统计数据，并具有RS232数据接口，可方便与计算机间传递数据。
5、采用气动控制,确保管路关闭严密。
6、本机利用流量计称重的工作原理来实现灌装量的控制。灌装时由称重传感器给出信号，通过可编程控制器PLC控制灌装阀打开的时间，料箱中的物料通过增压自行流入待装容器中去。
7、本机灌装部分由快灌装、中灌装和慢灌装组成，慢灌装用与灌装副料。在灌装初始时灌装阀全部打开，进行快灌装；待灌装至快进料值时灌装阀关闭至中灌装位，进行中灌装；待灌装至中进料值时灌装阀关闭，慢灌装阀打开灌装副料直至目标重量。
8、本机在灌装下料管内装有特制的堵漏装置，杜绝灌装粘稠液体时的拉丝或滴漏现象。
