有机防火堵料（防火泥）
（一）、有机防火堵料形态似泥状口语叫“防火泥”也称为柔性或塑性防火堵料。其主要特点是具有常期的可塑性、柔韧性，长久不固化，耐火极限高，耐油，耐水，耐热，耐寒，耐腐蚀，耐老化。与金属、橡胶、塑料、油漆、木材、陶瓷等有良好的粘合性，施工维修时比较方便能防鼠咬，有良好的阻火堵烟性能，可以任意地进行封堵，并具有可拆性、重复施工性等特点。可与WFD型无机防火堵料、PFB型系列阻火包、WNB型无机电缆耐火隔板配合使用。经国家公安部防火建筑材料质量监督检验中心按GA181-1998标准检验，其防火性能达到并超过国家一级耐火标准。
（二）、应用范围：有机防火堵料，广泛应用于电厂、输变电、冶炼业，工矿企业、地铁、医院、高层建筑、通迅、船舶、核电站等重要场所的各种发、供、配电设备系统中，及通风气管、油管、防火墙板和门窗的密封材料，有显著的阻止火势和烟气蔓延的功能。用于电线、电缆通迅光缆的孔洞防火封堵，以防止电线、电缆、光缆发生火灾而由孔洞向邻室蔓延，减少火灾损失。主要避免事故的扩大，有阻烟、防火、防尘等功能。
（三）、技术参数：
1.理化性能：（1）外观：固体状，具有一定的柔韧性，合格。（2）、耐水性能：在水中浸泡3后天堵料无溶胀，合格。（3）、耐油性能：在油中浸泡3天后堵料无溶胀，合格。（4）、腐蚀性能：试验7天后无腐蚀，合格。
2.耐火性能：耐火试验进行180分钟堵料背火面无焰穿出，未产生裂缝，未丧失完整性；堵料背火面最高温41.8℃，贯穿物背火端距堵料25mm处表面最高温度94.7℃，未失去隔热性能。耐火极限达到并高于180分钟，合格。
