Scope of application
The series of solid-state soft starters inserts a thyristor in series into the motor stator circuit, and adjusts the guiding angle of the thyristor according to the motor power and load conditions to start the motor. The current is controlled at the set value, thereby achieving constant current soft starting of the motor. It is suitable for step-down starting and energy-saving control of AC three-phase asynchronous motors in various industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemicals, petroleum, water supply, heating, and pharmaceuticals.

. The starting current is small, the starting process is smooth and the starting speed is fast.
. It can start frequently and continuously, and can start multiple motors separately.
. It has two starting methods: constant current type and programmable ramp type. The starting parameters can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the load type.
. Full digital automatic control, stable operation, high reliability and easy adjustment and maintenance.
. For motor overload, it will be protected within 1 hour, and for power supply phase loss, it will be protected within 1 hour.
. It has fault self-diagnosis function and displays the first fault.
. Can start times per hour.
. Equipped with soft parking function (especially suitable for smooth deceleration of pump loads under water hammer effect).
