2. Principle
According to the structure and characteristics of the B-type agitator working underwater for many years, it is necessary to add oil chamber leakage protection and motor over-temperature protection to the protection device of the B-type agitator:
/> Oil chamber leakage protection: A moisture detection electrode is placed in the oil chamber of the submersible mixer. If there is moisture in the oil chamber that exceeds the limit, the electrode will have a signal jump, and the B submersible mixer protector can detect the change in this signal. , while stopping the operation of B submersible mixer and indicating a fault.
Motor over-temperature protection: Install a ℃ C thermistor on each phase of the three-phase motor winding of the submersible mixer. When the temperature of any phase winding rises to ℃, the resistance value will jump, and the B submersible mixer protection The device can detect the change of this signal, stop the operation of submersible mixer B and indicate a fault.
Motor overload protection: A thermal relay corresponding to the applied current is connected in series to each phase line of the three-phase motor operating circuit of the submersible mixer. Once the current is too large, the thermal relay will jump state, and the B submersible mixer protector can If the change of this signal is detected, the submersible mixer B will be stopped and a fault will be indicated.
Low water level protection: In the pool where the submersible mixer is working, a liquid level detector is used to detect the water level, but when the water level is lower than the water level where the submersible mixer is working, the liquid level detector will jump in status, B submersible mixer The protector can detect the change of this signal and stop the operation of submersible mixer B and indicate the low water level.
