本四合一磷化液能在常温下一槽内完成除油、除锈、磷化、钝化等四项功
能，在钢铁工件表面形成均匀、致密、耐蚀的灰色磷化膜，可作为喷漆、喷塑等涂装前
的底层，涂层附着力好。磷化液无毒无味，处理过程无废水排放，节能环保。
本四合一磷化技术大大简化了磷化工序，磷化工效显著提高。广泛用于船舶、车
辆、油田矿山机械、金属家具、机床、家用电器等设备涂装前的预处理。
本四合一磷化液技术特点：
1、除油除锈磷化速度快，2-10分钟即可完成处理，磷化工效大大提高，磷化成本
低。
2、磷化膜外观呈灰黑色，耐蚀性优良，室内放置长时间不生锈。
3、本四合一磷化液以浓缩液供应，使用时按一定比例加水即可，补充调整非常方
