The unpowered roller is composed of the following parts: the cylinder body is generally made of round tubes. Commonly used ones include steel pipes and plastic pipes. Those with high precision and strength can be made of round steel. The inner shaft is generally made of round steel. Cold-drawn round steel can be used for small diameters, and machined end caps for large diameters and high precision are generally made of carbon steel. Those with small diameter and small load capacity can be processed by stamping, while those with larger diameter or large load capacity can be machined.
