The liner has high hardness, small friction coefficient, good self-lubricating properties, and is known as non-stick board. The test results show that the ore powder falls easily and will not form material accumulation columns. Since the nylon liner has a certain degree of water absorption, but this water absorption is limited, the bonding force to the mineral powder is small. Therefore, when the bonding layer of the mineral powder thickens enough to offset this adsorption force, the mineral powder will no longer bond. Thickening.
During the use of these two powdered ore silos, due to the high viscosity of the ore powder, it adheres to the walls of the silo and is difficult to fall, which brings great difficulties to the ore drawing operation. It not only restricts the normal progress of production, but also adds a lot of labor intensity to cleaning the ore warehouse. In response to this situation, our factory tried a variety of methods to solve the problem of sticky materials, and the one that finally achieved obvious results was the use of rare earth oil-containing nylon lining plates. We laid the lining board on the warehouse wall to replace the original steel plate, which solved the problem of difficulty in unloading materials.
