How to use the electro-hydraulic pipe bender
Tighten the switch of the electro-hydraulic pipe bender, apply lubricating grease to the contact parts between the support wheel and the mold and the workpiece to be bent.
According to the size of the pipe to be bent, select the corresponding bending mold and install it on the top of the piston rod. Place the corresponding grooves of the two support wheels facing the bending mold. Pay special attention to that the support wheels should be placed on all sides of the wing plate. Inside the holes of corresponding sizes, the largest size is the outermost hole. And so on. Avoid asymmetry in the position of the two supporting wheels, which may cause damage to the mold and machine parts.
After placing the workpiece, cover the upper wing plate. First use the fast pump to press the bending mold to the workpiece, and then use the slow pump to press the workpiece to the required angle. After bending, turn on the switch, and the working piston will automatically reset. Open the upper wing plate and take out the workpiece.
Four Precautions Before using the electric hydraulic pipe bender, first check whether the oil in the tank is sufficient. If it is insufficient, fill it up.
The switch must be turned off before work, otherwise the pressure will not rise, and the refueling plug must be loosened to facilitate ventilation of the fuel tank.
The outer diameter of the bent pipe must fit the groove of the bending mold, otherwise The workpiece will be dented or the mold will be cracked.
The weld seam of the welded pipe should be directly outside or just inside the bend. During the bending process, the two support wheels must rotate at the same time and the workpiece slides in the groove of the support wheel. If one side does not move, the operation should be stopped.
The electric hydraulic pipe bending machine should do a good job of cleaning and maintenance of the equipment at ordinary times. The refueling must be clean and must be filtered through a filter above the mesh. The oil filter device must be cleaned regularly

Possible faults and troubleshooting methods of electro-hydraulic pipe bending machine
After the piston rod extends to a certain length and the handle is shaken, the neck rod expands and contracts. The refueling screw plug is not loosened. Unscrew the refueling screw plug
The oil outlet valve port in the pump body is not sealed. The steel ball of the oil outlet valve is not round and there is garbage in the oil. Clean engine oil should be replaced and the steel ball should be replaced.
The oil leakage sealing ring at the piston rod of the large and small pumps is damaged. Replace the sealing ring in the spare parts bag
The pressure ring inside the oil leakage switch at the switch is too loose. After removing the limit screw and switch, tighten the pressure ring
The ejector pin is weak and cannot work. The steel ball in the switch is not well sealed. The top of the switch does not hold the steel ball firmly or the steel ball falls. Replace the steel ball and tighten the switch. If there is no steel ball, add a steel ball.
Oil is leaking from the top of the ejector rod. The sealing ring at the top of the piston rod is damaged. Replace the sealing ring (bring your own)
The large and small pumps are not suctioning enough. There is garbage on the filter inside the filter or there is insufficient oil. Unscrew the serial numbered parts and use gasoline. Clean the mesh body and fill it with oil.
The mold mounting hole is cracked and there is a lateral load when the mold is removed.
If the bent workpiece is not positioned correctly when bent again, check whether the positions of the two support wheels are symmetrical. Paint the joint between the support wheel and the workpiece. oil, and position the second bend.
When the steel ball of the oil outlet valve of the pick-up pump cannot be reset normally and there is pressure on the plunger pump, the steel ball of the oil outlet valve of the pump cannot be reset normally. The ball resets.

If the wall thickness of the steel pipe is smaller than the above corresponding values, it is called a thin-walled pipe. After bending, the pipe is prone to denting. Therefore, as the wall thickness of the tube decreases, the ovality increases and wrinkles are prone to occur.
