Working Principle
The constant pressure water supply device (degassing) equipment uses the system static pressure as the design initial pressure head in the expansion water tank, and uses the pressure to ensure that the hot water in the system does not vaporize as the movement terminal in the expansion water tank. pressure head. During the initial operation, the water replenishing pump is first started to fill the system and the water chamber in the diaphragm pressure tank. After the system is full, the excess water is squeezed into the capsule. Because of the incompressibility of water, as the amount of water continues to increase, the volume of the water chamber continues to expand and when the air chamber is compressed, the pressure inside the tank also continues to increase. When the pressure reaches the design pressure, the water replenishing pump is shut down through the pressure controller. When the volume of water in the system shrinks due to leakage or temperature drop, and the system pressure decreases, the water in the capsule is continuously pressed into the pipe network to supplement the pressure drop loss of the system. When the system pressure reaches the lowest pressure allowed by the design, the water in the capsule is released through the pressure controller Restart the water replenishing pump to replenish water in the pipe network and pressure tank, and so on.
At the same time, on the one hand, there is a large amount of gas in the water circulation system. If it is not removed, it will easily cause air blockage, resulting in poor circulation and uneven heating and cooling of the local or entire system, as well as damage to equipment and pipelines. On the other hand, there is water in the water. The oxygen contained causes corrosion of terminal equipment such as heating (refrigeration) equipment pipes and steel radiators. Perforation and water leakage directly affect the safety of the entire system. The degassing equipment in this unit is generated by the equipment according to Henry's law, which means that a certain amount of gas is dissolved in water at a certain temperature and pressure. When the temperature increases or the pressure decreases, the dissolved gas in the water will decrease. Vacuum, release the free gas and dissolved gas in the water, and then discharge the system through the automatic exhaust valve. The degassed unsaturated water will absorb the gas in the system to seek gas-water balance. This cycle removes all gas from the system water and ensures stable and safe operation of the system.
