产品介绍： 根据软、硬麦具有不同的抗机械粉碎强度的原理，在粉碎时，硬麦不易成粉状、软麦易成粉状在规定条件下粉碎样品，在筛网上的样品质量与样品总质量的比例决定小麦的硬度。
JYDX100×40小麦硬度指数测定仪利用电机驱动设置于转子外表面的磨刀，磨刀与外刀盘对样品产生剪切和撞击粉碎作用，使样品粉碎。同时，高速旋转的转子刀片在粉碎室里产生一离心气流场，粉碎后的粉粒在气流场与转子及自身的离心撞击作用下，通过筛网进入接料斗中。在一定的粉碎时间内，不同硬度的小麦穿过筛网的粉粒质量是不同的，用留存在筛网上的粉粒质量占测试小麦样品质量的百分比值表征小麦的硬度，简称HI。硬度指数越大，表明小麦硬度越高，反之则表明小麦的硬度越低。
