Oil Press Operation Instructions
Turn on the power and observe whether the motor is rotating correctly (clockwise means forward rotation).
Pull out the barrel to discharge the material. After completing the discharge, push the barrel to the innermost end.
The reversing valve is turned to the downward position, the continuous automatic switch selects continuous operation, the power is turned on, and the oil pressure plate runs downward. When the oil flows out of the barrel, select the continuous automatic switch to work automatically. At this time, the motor will work according to the parameters set by the working time adjustment and the stop time adjustment.
When the pressure pointer reaches the red line of the pressure gauge, the motor stops working.
When the pressure pointer is lower than the green line of the pressure gauge, the motor continues to work.
When the oil is exhausted, the reversing valve should be rotated to make the oil pressure plate move upward. In particular, the pressure is high at this time and the valve should be turned slowly until the oil pressure slowly drops. Failure to follow the instructions may easily cause machine failure.
Turn the lifting rod into the barrel hook, use the oil pressure plate to rise to lift the barrel to the cake throwing hook, turn the reversing valve to make the oil pressure plate run downward, and complete the cake throwing process.
After completing the cake feeding, return the barrel to its original position and perform the next pressing.
This model of oil press is an ultra-high-pressure equipment, and the pressure must not be higher than the rated pressure.
The oil pressure plate can be raised slightly higher than the barrel. Otherwise, high pressure will easily form at the lower end and damage the hydraulic cylinder end cover. Lift the barrel so that the steel plate under the barrel hook is slightly higher than the cake throwing hook.
For first time use, it is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil every three months.
