After the oil press is installed, perform hourly grinding. The method is to slowly feed the cake material that has been squeezed out of the oil from the hopper, and press back repeatedly to polish the press chamber. Remember not to grind the oil when you start grinding. Pour the material directly into the hopper, and it is better to feed it by hand to prevent the pressing screw shaft from getting stuck. If the material is fed too hard, there is abnormal noise in the pressing chamber or the pressing screw shaft gets stuck, you should stop the car immediately to eliminate the obstruction. Or start the grinding after reassembly, and it is strictly forbidden to force the trailer.
When pressing oil regularly, the feed must be kept even, and no too much, too little, or idling without material. At this time, the machine load is normal, the operation is smooth, and the sound is Rhythmic. The cake is discharged smoothly, there is basically no residue in the low-pressure section, and there is a small amount of oil residue in the high-pressure section, but the proportion of residue in the oil is not greater than It is discharged from the smoking pipe. The hot cakes should be spread out in time, and do not rush to pile or ship, otherwise natural phenomena will occur. When the continuous working time is long and the machine temperature is too high, cooling measures such as fan blowing should be taken.
When the squeezed oil flows into the oil filter, press the vacuum pump button and the vacuum pump starts to run. The air in the oil filter is pumped out, and internal pressure is formed in the oil filter barrel. The oil above is naturally pumped into the filtered oil. filter, and the oil residue is isolated on the filter cloth. After the pressing is completed and the oil is pumped out, open the valve on the oil filter and stop the vacuum pump. Dry residue will form on the filter cloth.
