Working principle of stand-alone bag dust collector
Dust-containing gas enters the box and is filtered by the flat bag filter. The dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag and is filtered by the flat bag filter. The fan inhales and discharges directly into the room (it can also be discharged to the outside via a pipe).
As the filtration time increases, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag continues to increase, and the resistance of the filter bag increases accordingly, thus affecting the dust removal effect. An automatic dust cleaning mechanism is used for regular vibration cleaning or a manual dust cleaning mechanism. After stopping, it will automatically vibrate for tens of seconds to shake off the dust stuck to the outer surface of the filter bag. The dust falling into the dust collection container (drawer) will be manually pulled out and removed.
