The fine dust is retained on the bag wall by the filter bag, and the clean air flows through the filter bag to the air outlet duct, and is extracted by the exhaust fan and discharged into the atmosphere.
As the filtration process progresses during dust cleaning, the dust retained on the inner surface of the filter bag gradually increases, and the resistance to air flow also gradually increases. When a certain resistance value is reached, regular cleaning is required to make the dust collector work continuously. Specific dust cleaning can be controlled manually or automatically according to needs. First, turn off the exhaust fan, and then turn on the vibration cleaning swing device to shock the filter bag for dust cleaning and shake out the dust in the bag. When the resistance drops to a certain value, dust cleaning is stopped manually or automatically, and the exhaust fan is restarted. The dust collector enters the filtering state again, and the cycle continues.
