The operator must master the structural performance and operating methods of the hoist, and have certain mechanical knowledge to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Before operation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the lifting and shutting down machine to see if all parts are well lubricated and whether the bolts are loose. When electric opening and closing, check whether the power line is connected and whether the switch is in good condition. During electric operation, operators are not allowed to leave the site and stop the machine immediately if any problems are found. During use, lubricating oil needs to be injected from the oil injection hole at any time, and sufficient lubricating oil must be maintained at all times.
