3、产品原理：
水分快速测定仪是根据称重法和烘箱法原理设计，通过对被测物质在烘干前和烘干后的质量进行比较，而得到被测物质内所含水分的百分比。本仪器由单盘上皿式天平和远红外干燥箱二大部件组成。天平的称盘安装在远红外干燥箱内，当试样物质受到穿透性强的远红外线辐射波热能时，游离水分迅速蒸发，试样物质中的游离水分蒸发结束后，在天平的投影屏中，可直接读出试样物质含水的百分比或看出蒸发掉的水分含量。本仪器烘干速度快，重复性好，操作方便。
