Introduction to the structure of small cement test mill:
This test mill consists of four major parts: cover, mill, support and electrical control box (see Figure 1).
. Cover: The cover is composed of two layers of glass fiber reinforced plastic plates sandwiched with sound-absorbing cotton. It is divided into upper and lower covers. The upper cover has a cover door (), and the lower cover has a hopper (), which can hold the ground materials. The cover and The mill shaft is sealed with a felt ring end cover, so the cover plays a good sealing role in sound insulation and dust prevention.
. Mill: The mill is composed of a cylinder (), a grinding door cover (), a bearing and a bearing (), a coupling () and a gear reducer (). It is the main part of grinding materials. It will be grinded when unloading. The cover is replaced with a grating hole discharge plate to meet the discharge requirements.
. Support: The support is a steel structure composed of a mill () and an electric motor (). It is used to support the cover, mill, electric reducer and electrical control box. The grinding door can be opened only after the mill is stopped. If the grinding door is not aligned with the cover door, use the inching switch to align it.
Cement test grinding mill installation and commissioning:
. After unpacking the test mill, the surface of the whole machine should be wiped clean, and the gear reduction motor, mill, cover, bearing seat, etc. should be carefully checked to see if they are damaged during transportation, and whether the fasteners are loose and should be tightened. Then when hoisting, the rope should be tied to the seat and not to the cover, shaft or motor to avoid damaging the parts.
. During installation, the oil and dirt on the base of the support should be cleaned first. The surface of the cement foundation should be smooth. After the support is placed stably, it should be tightened with anchor bolts (it is allowed to use steel pads for leveling).
. Before commissioning, check the mill and cover. If there is any collision, adjust it so that it does not touch. Check whether the grinding door cover is tightly closed and there must be no looseness. Check the lubrication of the bearing seat and reduction motor. If there is no lubricating oil, fill it into the oil window. At the center indicator line.
. Turn the mill by hand for more than one week to check whether there is any abnormality such as collision or inflexibility.
. When powering on the test machine, the mill should run in a clockwise direction (stand on the front of the test mill and look from left to right). After starting, if you find that the running direction does not meet the requirements, you can disconnect the power supply. After the motor stops rotating, turn off the power supply. Swap any two wires and restart. The test mill should be in good no-load condition before gradually adding load.
Cement test small grinding operation:
. Weigh clinker, gypsum or other materials to be ground.
. The materials are crushed before entering the grinding machine to make the particle size of the materials entering the grinding machine smaller than 1.
. Clean the remaining material in the grinding body, and then pour the crushed material into it.
. Close the grinding door tightly, tighten the compression nut, be careful not to make the grinding door deflect and leak, and then close the cover door.
. According to the grinding needs, adjust the grinding time. It cannot be adjusted during operation.
. Turn on the grinder.
. If it is required to take samples to test the fineness or specific surface area of the material during the grinding process, it is necessary to stop the machine and wait for the powder to settle before opening the grinding door to take samples. If the grinding door is not aligned with the cover door, it can be adjusted by the inching switch.
. When the grinding time reaches the specified time, the mill should automatically stop. After stopping, replace the grid orifice plate, and then start the mill to discard the material until it is completely discarded.
. Wait for about a minute, then pull out the hopper and take out the ground materials
. If there are special requirements for grinding materials, dry slag or sand should be put into the grinding barrel and grinded for several minutes to clean the materials stuck to the steel balls before grinding.
Maintenance of cement test grinding mill:
. Regularly clean the dust on the outer surface of the mill and the inner surface of the cover.
. Check the fasteners of each part at any time. If there is any looseness, tighten it in time.
. Check the lubrication system regularly, change the reducer lubricating oil (No. 1 engine oil) every three months, and replace the bearing lubricating grease (calcium-based or calcium-sodium-based grease) every six months.
. During operation, you should always pay attention to whether there are abnormal noises, impact sounds, excessive temperature rise of gear reduction motors and bearings, smoke, odor, etc. If so, you should immediately cut off the power supply, find out the cause, and eliminate the fault. to resume operation.
. Frequently check each gasket and the sealing ring on the grinding door cover. If damaged, replace it in time.
. The control box should be kept dry, the power contact should be checked frequently, and the grounding should be reliable.
