二手机械进口报关流程：
提供资料------旧机电进口备案证书（10～15天）-------香港中检查验（1～2天）-------香港中检出证（3～4天）------码头（3-6天）-----海关审价------出税单------缴税-----放行（3-4天）------货发送到客户指定地点
二手机械进口注意事项：
1）注意装货的包装安全、木包装的消毒
2）注意码头的合理性。首先是安排中检的问题，如果是安排香港中检，那肯定要先到香港码头。如果是在荷兰、日本、美国已经完成了中检，那么要根据客观的国内物流路线，来确定进口码头
3）特种柜，要注意中转的装卸、驳船。
4）注意，船公司和码头，会产生舱租柜租场租。
二手机械进口报关费用：
香港部分：换单费，码头杂费，提货费，仓租，中检费及其代理费，中转费，
大陆部分：关税, ，码头和换单，报关费用，国内报关报检，商检费用，香港到东莞运输费用，旧机电备案费，旧机电许可与证明费用，代理费用，其它费用。
二手机械进口报关需要提供资料：
1、申请人、收货人、发货人营业执照复印件。
2、拟进口旧机电产品清单（名称、编码、数量、规格型号、产地、制造日期、制造商、新旧状态、价格、用途等）盖公章一式两份
3、机械彩色照片。
4、进口旧机电产品备案申请书（电子版）
