In May, the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Labor jointly issued the "Regulations on Issues Concerning the Implementation of the Professional Qualification Certificate System for Production Operators in the Construction Industry" "Notice" (Jianrenjiao []), the notice stipulates that all construction industry practitioners must hold a certificate to work, and the original "Construction Vocational Skills Position Certificate" needs to be replaced with a "Professional Qualification Certificate" as required, and a gradual transition method will be adopted to make the transition. The term is two years. During the transition period, the "Construction Vocational Skills Position Certificate" will continue to be valid. When the certificate holder is upgraded or transferred, he will be trained and appraised in accordance with regulations. After passing the certificate, a "Vocational Qualification Certificate" will be issued.
According to the latest notification requirements from the Job Training Office of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, our school will start training for several positions such as construction project construction workers, quality personnel, safety personnel, data personnel, and materials personnel in late March. Take the provincial unified examination. After passing the training examination, the professional management personnel of construction enterprises and institutions will be issued a "Job Training Qualification Certificate" uniformly printed and authenticated by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Construction. It is hoped that units and individuals who have not obtained the "Job Training Qualification Certificate" will actively sign up for training. The relevant precautions are hereby notified as follows:
1. Participants of Chengdu's Nine Member Training: All employees who are over 10 years old and have not obtained on-the-job training certificates should participate in the training.
