Qualified steel plates go through multiple processes such as reeling, splicing, welding, flaw detection, annealing, hydraulic and air pressure testing, sandblasting and rust removal, and painting. Our company uses advanced production processes to ensure the quality of storage tanks. Liquefied gas storage tanks are mainly used in liquefied gas stations. There are many production processes for storage tanks. The important processes are: The first is the selection of raw materials from regular large-scale steel companies. Our company uses materials from state-owned steel companies in Jinan and Anyang. Secondly, after the welding of the storage tank is completed, the entire tank needs to be annealed. This process is to eliminate the stress of the steel plate and make the entire tank become a whole. There will be no cracks in the weld. Again, our company adopts the sandblasting and rust removal process, using one or two millimeters. Spray steel sand onto the surface of the storage tank to remove rust. This rust removal method can effectively remove rust, and the sprayed paint can also be used for a longer period of time. Finally, our company chose products from a large paint company, sprayed two coats of anti-rust primer, and then two more coats. A full coat of paint will ensure that the tank's paint will not peel off year after year. Good maintenance will ensure that it does not need to be repainted year after year.
