Be familiar with the construction drawings and carefully read the technical requirements and design instructions, and check the dimensions and directions between the drawings one by one. When directly placing materials on sheets and sections, check whether the size of the materials is correct. The materials prepared for making sample poles can generally be thin steel plates and small flat steels.
Before ordering materials, you must understand the material and specifications of the raw materials and check the quality of the raw materials. Parts of different specifications and materials should be distributed with different numbers. And number the materials in sequence according to the principle of large first and then small. If the steel material has large bends and unevenness, it should be corrected first. Try to make parts of equal width and length cut together. Components of the same type that need to be spliced must be cut together. When the steel plate is not long enough and needs to be welded and spliced, attention must be paid to the size and shape of the weld at the seam before welding and correction.
The processing number, component number, and specification should be written on the sample pole with paint, and various processing symbols such as the hole diameter, working line, bending line, etc. should be marked.
The amount of shrinkage and processing allowance required for cutting and milling should be reserved for setting out and numbering materials to save materials as much as possible.
The main stress-bearing components and the components that need to be bent should be taken according to the direction specified by the process when cutting materials. There should be no sample punch points or scar defects on the outside of the bend.
The remaining materials of this batch should be marked with remaining material numbers, specifications, materials, etc. to facilitate reuse.
