Structure and working principle
The equipment is composed of main motor, reducer, roller oil pump, motor gear oil pump, relief valve, electromagnetic reversing valve, working cylinder, top wheel and oil tank. Please refer to the electrical schematic diagram and the hydraulic schematic diagram. .
Working Principle: Place the I-beam on the cold bending machine and contact the roller driven by the reducer. Then press the handle and lock it to start the motor oil pump group. The high-pressure oil output by the electric oil pump enters the block through the overflow valve. When the electro-hydraulic valve and the inching switch control the operation of the oil cylinder, the oil cylinder advances and the I-beam is pressed against the three support rollers without bending deformation. The length of further advancement of the oil cylinder is calculated. The process is as follows: each time the main motor is turned on. The main motor drives the I-beam to rotate or reverse and operate repeatedly until it reaches the required level.
Instructions for use
When the equipment is installed on a hard foundation surface, the alignment shall be based on the horizontal position of the feed guide rail surface.
I-beams must be worked on a horizontal workbench.
