The straw green storage recycling machine uses the tractor power output shaft to output power, and transmits the power to the recycling machine through the universal joint. The above two recycling machines are composed of a frame, a suspension mechanism, a gearbox, a cylindrical shaft, a tensioning wheel, a ground wheel, a receiving barrel, an auger, a fan and other components.
The working principle of this machine is that the high-speed rotation impacts the upright straw. At the same time, due to the high-speed rotation, under the action of the negative pressure at the feeding inlet, the straw is sucked into the casing, and meets the fixed teeth of the casing and is sheared. Then when it flows through the inner wall of the zigzag-shaped casing, the change in cross-section leads to a change in airflow velocity, causing the straw to be hit multiple times. Finally, it is thrown to the receiving barrel by the airflow. The auger in the barrel transports the straw to the fan on the right end. Under the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotation of the fan blades, the straw is thrown out. The thrown straw is collected by the collection truck.
