It is an iron-cobalt-vanadium soft magnetic alloy with high saturation magnetic induction intensity. Among the existing soft magnetic materials, this alloy has the highest saturation magnetic induction intensity (.), a high Curie point (℃), and the largest saturation magnetostriction coefficient. (~-). Due to the high saturation magnetic induction intensity, when making a motor of the same power, the size can be greatly reduced. When making an electromagnet, it can produce a large attraction force under the same cross-sectional area. Due to its high Curie point, the alloy can work at higher temperatures where other soft magnetic materials have been completely demagnetized and maintain good magnetic stability. Due to its large magnetostrictive coefficient, it is extremely suitable for use as a magnetostrictive transducer, with high output energy and high working efficiency. This alloy has low resistivity (.) and is not suitable for use at high frequencies. It is more expensive, easily oxidized, and has poor processability. Adding an appropriate amount of nickel or other elements can improve its processability.

Heat treatment[]
Cold rolled strip sample: with furnace Raise the temperature to ℃, keep the temperature for 3℃, cool to ℃ at ℃/speed, and then cool to 3℃ at ℃/speed and come out of the furnace. The annealing medium is hydrogen with a dew point not higher than -℃.
The sample taken from the forging blank: raise the temperature to ℃ with the furnace, keep it for 3~cool to ℃ at ~℃/speed, keep it for 3 and then cool to ℃ at 3℃/speed, and then cool to 3℃ at ℃/speed It comes out of the furnace at ℃, and the annealing medium is hydrogen with a dew point not higher than -℃.
Used for materials that require higher magnetic induction intensity, lower coercive force, and higher squareness ratio under lower magnetic fields: with the furnace heating to ℃℃, insulation cooling to ℃ at ℃/speed, insulation 3 and then Cool to 3℃ at ℃/speed and come out of the furnace. Start adding ~/DC magnetic field at the heat preservation (℃). The annealing medium is hydrogen with a dew point not higher than -℃.
Special Requirements
It has been produced and used for many years, with stable performance and mature materials. It is suitable for making lightweight and small aviation and aerospace electrical components, such as microelectronic rotors, electromagnet poles, relays, transducers, etc.
