 尼龙衬板在矿仓的应用：

   由于矿粉积压，使振动架的振幅减小，导致振动下，我们于年初了解到稀土含油尼龙衬板的下部支腿易振断，支腿的焊接处也容易断裂。消除粘料问题 。于是在同引进了外国的稀土含油尼龙衬板 ，代替矿仓内的 钢板 。该衬板的硬度高，摩擦系数小，有良好的自润滑性 ，有“不粘板 ”之称 。试验结果明矿粉容易下落 ，不会形成积料柱 。由于尼龙衬板有一定的吸水性 ，但此吸水性有限，对矿粉的粘结力较小，所以当矿粉的粘结层增厚到足以抵消此吸附力时，矿粉不再粘结增厚。
  这两个粉矿仓在使用过程中，由于矿粉的粘性大，粘附在仓壁上难以落下，给放矿作业带来很大困难 。既制约了生产的正常进行，又给清理矿仓增加了很大的劳动强度 。针对这种情况，我厂尝试了多种解决粘料的方法，最终取得明显效果的是，采用稀土含油尼龙衬板 。我们将衬板铺在仓壁上 ，替代了原来的钢板，使下料难的问题得到了解决 。
