电缆防火涂料
1、产品功能：根据GB14907-2002国家标准研制成功的新型防火涂料，该产品由叔丙乳液水性材料添加各种防火阻燃剂、增塑剂等组成，是目前国内较先进的电线电缆专用水性防火涂料。本品涂层受火时能生成均匀致密的海绵状泡沫隔热层，能有效地抑制、阻隔火焰的传播与蔓延，对电线、电缆起到保护作用。主要特点是：环保、无污染、无毒无味、对施涂人员的健康不造成威胁，并具有涂层薄、附着力强、柔韧性好等特点，具有良好的绝缘、防腐功能。本涂料广泛用于电厂、工矿、电信和民用建筑的电线电缆的阻燃处理，也可用于木结构、金属结构建筑物及地下工程的可燃烧性基材等物体的防火保护。
2、施工方法：①、施工前应将电缆表面的浮尘、油污等清洗干净，待表面干燥后方可进行防火涂料的施工。②、本品施工采用喷涂、刷涂等方法，使用时应充分搅拌均匀，涂料稍稠时，可加适量自来水进行稀释，以方便喷涂。③、施工过程中及涂层未干之前，应防水、防爆晒、防污染、防移动、防弯曲，如有损坏，及时修补。④、对于塑料、橡胶外皮的电线电缆，一般是直接涂刷5次以上，涂层厚度为0.5-1mm，大约用量1.5kg/㎡，对于包装有油纸的绝缘电缆，应先包一层玻璃丝布，再进行涂刷，如果在室外或者潮湿的环境下施工，应加配套罩面清漆。
