The transmission shaft transmits power and is driven by the chain, which ensures smooth operation and long service life. The entire transmission system is uniformly supported by mesh belt bracket guide rails, making operation, maintenance and repair simple. The mesh belts are spaced at a certain distance to allow product flipping to ensure that moisture and other substances are removed from both sides. The bottom of the conveyor mesh belt is supported by square steel to ensure that the mesh belt does not deform for a long time.
The mesh belt tensioning system uses a spiral screw to drive front and rear. It has a large tensioning range, is simple and firm. This allows the mesh belt to move forward and backward more easily and accurately. Easy to operate, strong and durable.
Fan system: The fan system is composed of multiple snail fans. The equipment is equipped with one or two snail fans at regular intervals to ensure uniform air volume distribution in the equipment.
