[Brief Description]
Jinghong polypropylene plastic special glue is specially developed for (polypropylene) plastic bonding. It is a special fast adhesive that complies with international environmental protection standards and has passed EU R standards and testing. It has the characteristics of high performance, high strength, good flexibility and good moisture resistance. It is easy to operate and can be operated manually or with a dispensing machine. It is suitable for continuous production line operations.



[Operation method]
Use dry cotton cloth or sandpaper to remove dust, oil, etc. from the joint surface, and then wipe it with solvent or special cleaning agent. To ensure that the surface to be glued is clean.
Unscrew the treatment agent (the bottle cap comes with a brush), and brush it evenly on the surface to be bonded. Wait for about a second for the treatment agent to evaporate (the treated material must be bonded within minutes) Then apply an appropriate amount of special glue (for small area bonding, you can put a needle or dropper on to control the amount of glue) and fit it.
After bonding the product, the glue curing time ranges from a few seconds to a few minutes. Practical strength can be reached in about minutes, and ultra-high strength can be obtained after an hour.
[Storage and Shelf Life]
Jinghong (polypropylene) special glue needs to be stored in a ventilated, cool, dry place, sealed and stored for a long time without use. It can be refrigerated (reuse it an hour in advance) Take it out and let it reach room temperature before use).

[Precautions]
Do not wear woven gloves when using. Jinghong plastic glue will rapidly polymerize when absorbed by the woven material of the glove. The reaction will generate high heat and may burn your hands.
If the eyes accidentally come into contact, do not rub them with your hands, and immediately rinse with plenty of water or apply hot compress with a warm towel to allow the eyelids to sweat and separate naturally. Do not force them open. In serious cases, send the skin to a doctor for emergency treatment. When in contact, soak in warm soapy water and clean, or use Jinghong's special glue remover to remove it.
Plastic glue vapor is irritating. Please keep the workplace well ventilated when using it in large quantities.
